- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
- Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure mutually agreed-upon care plans are met
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and dignity

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from client visits
