Inventory Control Coordinator

Zimmer Biomet seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage field and distributor inventory through monitoring, reconciliation, and systematic tracking. The role involves investigating variances, processing returns, conducting recalls research, and generating reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes across departments
- Research, disposition, and report on disputed inventory in timely manner
- Reconcile missing and late inventory reports on daily basis
- Facilitate returns and exchanges of expired or calibrated products
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory reports
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience, preferably in medical device industry
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Experience with inventory control practices and data analysis
- SAP experience and proficiency preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills in process improvement and problem-solving
