Substance Abuse Counselor
New Season
New Season seeks a compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to provide person-centered care to individuals with substance use disorders in a values-driven, community-focused environment. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group counseling, and coordinate care with medical and behavioral health providers. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support relapse prevention and recovery planning while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and grow professionally in a supportive, mission-driven healthcare setting.
