Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of a large professional services firm to lead the HR Operations Hub in Tampa. This hands-on role will manage a six-person HR operations team across the Tampa office and two additional locations, ensuring daily HR activities stay compliant and efficient. You will own Workday transactions, onboarding/offboarding, background checks, I-9 processing, EEO-1 filings, and HRIS data integrity, while guiding managers through sensitive HR matters and driving process #J-18808-Ljbffr Pave Talent
