Fertility RN Coordinator (Weekends)

Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Weekend Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Fairfax, Virginia. Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. Responsibilities Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. Provide patient/couple counseling. Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections. Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits. Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Qualifications IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided. Valid RN license. Experience working with electronic medical records. High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
