What You Will Be Doing:

Load material for internal and external customers, ensuring accurate orders.
Assist with unloading shipments and pulling product for orders.
Operate equipment including trucks, tractors, forklifts, bobcats, and skid steer loaders.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, coworkers, and sales staff.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions.
Stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and lift objects frequently.
Consistently lift heavy loads weighing 50 pounds or more.

Schedule:

Full-time Seasonal with typical Monday through Friday hours during peak season (April to November) and every other weekend rotation.
Overtime may be required as workload dictates.

Skills Required:

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
1-2 years of Warehouse or Material Handling experience preferred.
Ability or willingness to learn basic pruning skills and knowledge of plants
Ability or willingness to learn to operate various equipment.
