Office Assistant
$18 - $20 per hourManpower
Our client, an industry leader in their field, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Office Assistant to join their team. As an Office Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support staff, assisting with daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Trego, WI
Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Managing scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handling filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Responding to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Supporting team members with various office duties as needed
What's Needed?
- Prior office experience is required
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Dependability and a positive attitude
