Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Maintain a valid photo identification badge and adhere to all facility compliance requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification in good standing
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Valid state or federally issued photo identification
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
