Event Assistant

Do you have a knack for bringing high-energy excitement to life? We are looking for an Event Assistant to help us orchestrate hands-on, face-to-face promotional events in Wilmington. This is a highly interactive, non-technical role. You won’t be managing audio visual equipment, coding registration pages, or dealing with spreadsheets. Your job is simple: make sure every person who steps into our event space has an unforgettable, welcoming, and world-class experience. What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff): Set the Stage: Help set up and design visually engaging event spaces and interactive pop-ups. Host the Crowd: Welcome guests with high energy, answer questions, and guide them through our client's interactive displays. Drive Engagement: Run live demonstrations, hand out promotional materials, and keep the crowd excited. Be the Problem Solver: Keep the event running smoothly behind the scenes with quick thinking and a positive "can-do" attitude.
