Primary Care Physician (Spanish-Speaking) - Community Health

Salary Range: $320k–$350k (depending on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong physician to provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan- including newborns, children, adolescents, and adults.

\n

Position Overview

\n

The Primary Care Physician will deliver full-spectrum outpatient care with a strong emphasis on pediatrics and newborn care. You will serve a diverse patient population and work closely with nurses, advanced practice providers, social services, and care coordinators to ensure holistic, culturally competent care.

\n

This role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician comfortable seeing newborns and children as part of routine practice.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to newborns, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
\n
• Conduct newborn examinations and ongoing well-child visits
\n
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
\n
• Perform preventive care services, including immunizations and routine screenings
\n
• Deliver patient education focused on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle management
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
\n
• Coordinate specialty referrals and ensure continuity of care
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient-centered outcomes
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case discussions
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
\n
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
\n
• Comfortable providing care to newborns and pediatric patients
\n
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities
\n
