Orthopedic Surgeon – Sports Medicine

New York City & Northern New Jersey

Base Salary: $500,000–$600,000 + Significant Production Bonus

An established, physician-led orthopedic practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our growing team serving patients throughout New York City and Northern New Jersey . This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice with an extensive referral network, multiple office locations, and immediate access to a high-volume surgical schedule.

Our physicians enjoy the support of experienced Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, surgical coordinators, and administrative staff, allowing them to focus on delivering outstanding patient care while building a thriving surgical practice.

Position Highlights

• Join a well-established orthopedic practice with offices throughout all five New York City boroughs and Northern New Jersey

• Immediate patient volume with established referral relationships

• Busy operating room schedule that can be established within the first 30–60 days

• Practice focused primarily on Sports Medicine and minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures

• Minimal joint replacement responsibilities

• Modern outpatient offices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers

• Collaborative team environment with experienced clinical and administrative support

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine preferred

• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in New York and New Jersey

• Strong surgical experience in sports medicine and arthroscopy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary of $500,000–$600,000

Schedule

Location

Practice throughout multiple office locations across New York City and Northern New Jersey . Candidates should be comfortable traveling between office locations as needed.
