You will serve as a trusted advisor and spokesperson for the organization, influencing policies, programs, and long-term objectives related to resilient communications systems supporting the national strategic deterrence mission. This position will also focus on cultivating industry partnerships and recommending strategic alliances to enhance capabilities.This position can work remotely however it will be ideal to be located near one of the following locations:Marlborough, MALargo, FLWashington DCEl Segundo, CAWhat You Will DoIdentify, qualify, develop, and capture new business initiatives for Strategic Communications, including Nuclear C3, National C3, and adjacent marketsServe as a leader on capture teams during all phases of capture activities, including opportunity identification, qualification, competitive positioning, strategy development, and proposal creationBuild and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and prioritiesDevelop and execute contact plans, including engagements with senior executivesAdvise the organization on DoD and National Communications concepts of operations (CONOPS), including satellite and terrestrial communications systemsCollaborate with program management and engineering teams to develop solutions for complex customer challengesCreate pursuit strategies, account strategies, and provide accurate and timely forecasting of ordersAnalyze customer requirements, perform competitive assessments, and recommend price-to-win strategies for pursuitsTravel up to 25-30% to support business development activities and customer engagementQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of experience or minimum of 7 years of experience with an advanced degreeExperience with NC3 systems, National Leadership Command Capability, and Senior Leader Communications capabilitiesPrior work experience with Radio Frequency (RF) products, Voice and Video conferencing, Military Satcom, and terrestrial networkingActive and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date.
