LPN Unit Care Coordinator: Lead Patient Care on Day Shift

Life Care Center of Puyallup is seeking a Unit Care Coordinator (Licensed Practical Nurse) to supervise and coordinate patient care on the unit. The role reports to the nursing leadership and works with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. The LPN unit coordinator will implement care plans, supervise CNAs, and coordinate with the RN for patient needs.
