Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Implementation Specialist will configure Plenful for new customers, engage with clients to gather feedback and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive implementation success. Key responsibilities Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases, improving the implementation process for efficiency Engage with customers in meetings to understand their needs and guide them through the implementation timeline Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to define operational requirements and identify opportunities for contract expansions Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field Direct experience in customer-facing roles or managing customer relationships Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) BA/BS degree preferred
