Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for entry level sales positions. Primary responsibilities include selling our Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn’t required.

With a busy holiday season ahead, our sales reps benefit from a position that pays weekly and allows them to work around their busy schedules. Position Details:
- Paid weekly - We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance — not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base (30.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.

- Solid Training - We have been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone does not decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field. Since most reps start with no experience, they like the fact they start with people they know and build referrals with people they trust.

- Flexible Schedules - We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work a part time schedule, while others are looking for flexible work around other commitments such as their full time jobs, internships, sport commitments, classes, or family obligations. - Location - Sales reps work locally after training, meetings and training are usually held in the office.

- Advancement - Reps who work here long term (even if they work part time) have an opportunity to move along several different paths including management and career sales professional.

Basic Requirements:
- Enjoy working with people - All ages eighteen plus or seventeen and a high school graduate - Conditions apply

- Willing to learn and apply new skills.

Who would do well:
People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. Some didn’t have any traditional work experience at all, but they excelled in activities like theater, sports, or band. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
