Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Wastewater Solutions

About THE COMPANY Our client is a leading provider of cost-effective and expertly engineered-wastewater treatment solutions that deliver superior effluent quality. With over 25 years of experience, we've built a reputation for innovation, adaptability, and exceptional service across the industrial and municipal sectors. Our in-house manufacturing facility, along with offices in the United States, India, and UAE, which allows them to control project schedules and deliver the highest quality solutions at the lowest total cost of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Pacific North West or California, preferably Central Valley or NorCal . (Remote with Travel)
- Compensation: On Target Earnings $+200k (base +Uncapped Commission)
- Industry: Industrial Wastewater Treatment
- Travel: 60%
- Uncapped earning potential with a lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, and plant managers.
- Identify customer needs and present integrated water treatment solutions, including engineering, equipment, and construction services.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in: Liquid-solid separation (chemical/physical) & biological treatment (DAF, Clarifiers, MBBR, MBR, CAS, Filtration, Dewatering).
- Membrane filtration & advanced treatment technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solutions and ensure successful project execution.
- Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development.
- A self-starter with an established network and pipeline in industrial wastewater treatment.
- Proven track record of closing complex, integrated solutions.
- Strong technical background in liquid-solid separation, biological treatment, and advanced filtration.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about wastewater treatment innovation and delivering high-value solutions
