Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Property & Casualty Claims Process Analyst. Duties include:

Support claims business processes by developing and monitoring performance metrics
Leading and lagging indicators, conducting hypothesis testing, establishing reports, and monitoring and alerting
Identifying, establishing, building, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics
Business performance analysis and communication
Provide support in identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and solutioning business process opportunities
Strong experience in organizing, synthesizing, creating, and analyzing reports using data from various sources in order to obtain insights, understand trends, identify root causes, and monitor and measure performance
Team-oriented and self-motivated candidate who has data experience in insurance, claims, and/or financial services
Experience with Tableau; Excel; Microsoft Office
