Picker Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.25 to $ 18.69 / hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)

• Pick and retrieve products accurately using an RF scan gun to fulfill customer orders.
• Navigate a multi-level warehouse, including frequent stair climbing and working at heights.
• Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards.

Picker Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, order picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scan guns or similar inventory tracking technology.
• Ability to safely climb stairs frequently and work at heights in a multi-level warehouse.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must communicate effectively in English and have reliable transportation to the Mt. Juliet, TN worksite.
