Amazing opportunity! Project Manager (Construction) Location: Greater Los Angeles Area Salary: $80,000-$120,000 Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Build Projects. Lead Teams. Make an Impact. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality construction projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of project planning, including engineering, construction, technical support, bidding strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and funding allocations. Oversee construction projects ranging from routine and moderately complex to large, multi-contract developments. Analyze project designs, budgets, and schedules to ensure adherence to approved scope, timeline, and budget. Monitor project progress and expenditures through completion and certificate of occupancy. Manage construction contracts and project budgets. Lead contract reviews and negotiate change orders. Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors. Resolve project issues while maintaining project quality and efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience. Working knowledge of general construction, structural concrete, rough framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and initiative. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Reliable daily transportation to and from the office and project sites throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
