As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services in a home and clinic setting in Norfolk, VA and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team of compassionate therapists. As an RBT, you'll facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for clients, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll also collect data throughout the session, document progress notes, and collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Behavior Technician (BT) Requirements:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to become RBT
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
