Full Stack Engineer - Phoenix

Salary: $86,000 - 114,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We look for at least 5 years of experience in software development, information systems, or a comparable technical setting, including work on highly transactional, mission-critical applications in multi-user environments.
• We expect experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies.
• We need full software development lifecycle experience, including design, requirements gathering, coding, debugging, testing, release, and production support.
• We seek hands-on leadership with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Bootstrap or Material Design, CSS, HTML, and SASS.
• We require proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• We value a strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• We look for excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical initiatives.
• We require hands-on experience with microfrontend architecture using Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar frameworks.

• We analyze, configure, and optimize digital applications.
• We build solutions across the full technology stack.
• We design component-based solutions that reduce maintenance effort and accelerate time to market.
• We leverage emerging technologies to solve problems and deliver business outcomes.
• We collaborate cross-functionally with Integration, QA, Operations, and business partners to drive results.
• We provide technical solutions across the IT organization to support business goals and initiatives.
• We mentor and coach junior engineers to reinforce standards and best practices.
• We perform other job-related duties as assigned or as they arise.
