Unlike traditional venture capital firms, super{set} co-founds companies alongside founders and remains deeply involved in strategy and operations throughout the portfolio lifecycle, which spans AI-native software, fintech, and developer tooling.As Investment and Formation Operations Lead, you will work directly with a General Partner to drive the full lifecycle of investment decision-making and company formation. This is a high-agency role that blends executive-level strategy with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can operate fluidly across both dimensions.Your responsibilities span three core areas. First, you will manage the investment pipeline by conducting screening and first-pass diligence, synthesizing investment memos to enable fast, well-reasoned decision-making for the GP. Second, you will lead the studio Signal program, orchestrating the early-stage operating cadence and formation mechanics for new companies within the studio, including cap table management, seed-stage formation, and strategic positioning. Third, you will partner directly with founders on critical commercial challenges, pressure-testing business models, refining investor pitch decks, and sharpening go-to-market strategies.This in-person San Francisco role is well-suited to candidates with experience in high-intensity environments including venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup operations.
