Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Tustin, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of legal experience, preferably with a background in public agency representation. Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration in federal and state courts, and administrative hearings. Provide legal counsel on education law, employment disputes, and governance matters. Assist with collective bargaining and labor relations for school employees. Address student‑related legal issues, including First Amendment concerns and FERPA. Advise on business operations, facilities management, real estate, and energy matters. Handle special education law matters, including IEPs and Section 504 meetings. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing of the California State Bar. Minimum three years of legal experience, preferably with public agency representation. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
