As a Residential Service Technician with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you’ll provide top-quality residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations , always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention . As a Residential Service Technician, you will:

• \n

  Perform high-quality plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in homes

\n
• \n

  Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, effective solutions

\n
• \n

  Deliver exceptional customer service by educating homeowners on their plumbing systems and offering professional recommendations

\n
• \n

  Present service options and guide customers through repair, replacement, and upgrade decisions

\n
• \n

  Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local plumbing codes

\n
• \n

  Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and integrity

\n
• \n

  Maintain clean work areas and properly manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles

\n
• \n

  Document work using ServiceTitan 

\n

We’re looking for technicians who bring:

\n
• \n

  2+ years of residential plumbing experience, including service calls

\n
• \n

  Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach

\n
• \n

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

\n
• \n

  Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

\n
• \n

  Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and customer service skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

\n
