The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Responsibilities:Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processesAnalyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problemsProvide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross functional project, or multiple projectsDevelop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementationUtilize advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas to achieve technology goalsConsult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate into overall system designAllocate work, and act as an advisor/coach developers, analysts, and new team membersInfluence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external partiesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roleExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applicationsPython, Java, cloud technologies, and CI/CD best practicesExperience in managing and implementing successful projectsSubject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications DevelopmentAbility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Applications Development------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$156,160.00 - $234,240.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
