HolistiCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor to join our outpatient behavioral health team two days per week .
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Coordinate services with the clinical team
- Follow AHCCCS, ADHS, HIPAA, and agency requirements
Qualifications
- Active Arizona LPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience with substance-use and co-occurring disorders preferred
- Knowledge of AHCCCS documentation preferred
Schedule: Two days per week
Employment Type: Part-time or contracted
Compensation: Based on experience
