ERP & CRM Systems Administrator

Greater Chicago, IL area (Hybrid or Remote)

We are seeking an experienced ERP & CRM Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and govern SAP ByDesign and Salesforce. This role will drive business process improvement, system integration, data governance, reporting, and automation across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and customer success functions. The position also plays a key role in M&A integration and ERP/CRM alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SAP ByDesign and Salesforce environments.
• Partner with business teams to improve and standardize end-to-end processes.
• Maintain master data integrity across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Document system processes, train users, and drive user adoption.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Support acquisitions through data migration, process harmonization, and system integration.
• Manage project plans, business cases, and implementation progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP and CRM administration experience.
• MUST HAVE strong experience with SAP ByDesign, ERP systems, and Salesforce.
• Manufacturing experience in DME or Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience with SAP HANA, Fivetran, Google BigQuery, and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Consulting experience and PMP certification preferred.
