Vice President of Manufacturing

Leading a critical component of the global operating strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Manufacturing will oversee print manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and performance management. Key responsibilities Own and execute the print manufacturing and operations strategy, overseeing end-to-end production operations Manage performance, governance, and risk of external manufacturing vendors to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards Oversee facilities management and maintenance programs to maximize operational uptime and efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in print and logistics processes Demonstrated experience with manufacturing process management and operational excellence Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management skills
