Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Opportunity

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse I, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process and established hospital standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Working in the Senior Behavioral Unit in Vinita, OK
- Provide nursing care based on patient age, condition, cultural needs, and psychosocial factors
- Monitor patient condition and progress toward established goals
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
- Use appropriate medical terminology and maintain complete patient records
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, discharge instructions, and ongoing care
- Coordinate timely referrals and resources to support successful patient discharge
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Organize and prioritize patient-care responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Participate in continuing education, in-services, and performance-improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, coworkers, and hospital leadership
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nursing program
- Diploma or degree in Nursing
Licensure:
- Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License OR
- Valid Multi-State/Compact RN License
Experience:
- 0– 6 months of related nursing experience
- New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
