Staff Pharmacist

We're hiring a Staff Pharmacist - $115K-$132K, with the opportunity to work across our growing multi-state compounding pharmacy network. The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable and experienced pharmacist to join our growing team. This role involves verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, managing inventory, and participating in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a supportive and efficient work environment. What You'll Do: Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately Counsel patients on medication use and safety Ensure compliance with all state, federal and DEA regulations Participate in the preparation of non-sterile compounded medications Support training, process improvements and team development Collaborate with leadership on workflow and service improvements What You Bring: PharmD, active and unrestricted Florida license 2+ years of pharmacy experience (compounding experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented setting We offer competitive pay, full health/dental/vision, STD, LTD, Life insurance, Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness, 401(k) match, PTO, and CE/licensure reimbursement - plus real room to grow as we expand. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medrock Pharmacy
