Sus responsabilidades como técnico de restauración
Serás un componente clave de nuestro equipo que brinda servicios de restauración a nuestros clientes. A medida que adquiera experiencia, estas son algunas de las cosas que hará:
• Seguir los procedimientos de remediación y restauración para la limpieza de la casa y las posesiones del cliente, utilizando el equipo adecuado y el equipo de protección personal.
• Ayudar a mantener el equipo de la empresa.
• Recopile y registre documentación detallada sobre el trabajo, incluidas fotografías, notas y videos.
• Comunicarse con los dueños de propiedades, mostrando empatía por su pérdida.
• Llevar a cabo demoliciones menores.

Requisitos laborales para el aprendiz de técnico de restauración
Estos son los requisitos mínimos para ser considerado para este trabajo.
• Debe tener una licencia de conducir valida.
• Debe poder levantar 50 libras sin ayuda.
• Debe poder caminar/pararse durante largos períodos de tiempo, subir escaleras y trabajar en espacios reducidos.
• Debe poder usar equipo respiratorio y PPE.
• Debe estar disponible para trabajar después de horas y en rotación para llamadas de emergencia.
