Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• Ohio PT license required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Coverage area includes Ashtabula, Lake, and surrounding counties
• Productivity expectation: 30
