Client Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and impresses upon our clients how much they mean to us.
• Match clients with the best therapist based on their needs.
• Schedule appointments and help clients keep their paperwork updated, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Assist with data entry and ensure HIPAA compliance .
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running efficiently, including billing, coordinating services with other medical professionals, and keeping our clients engaged with meaningful social media content.

Qualifications:

• A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to “wow” our clients with amazing service.
• Compassionate and understanding of others, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Comfortable working on Mac computers .
• A clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate the internet and social media platforms.
• Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare office setting.
  • Knowledge of and experience with HIPAA regulations.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• A competitive starting salary of $18/hour.
• Flexible hours , within our normal business hours of Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm, and Fridays, 8 am-3 pm (no weekends or evenings!).
