Warehouse Packaging Associate Job Details
Schedule: Full-time. Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Location : North Groveport, OH
Warehouse Packaging Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience preferred.
  
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
  
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
  

• Package products accurately for shipment.
  
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
  
• Assemble and tape boxes for customer orders.
  
• Apply labels, stickers, and shipping documentation to packages.
  
• Move, organize, and stage boxes throughout the warehouse.
  
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  
• Assist with order preparation and general warehouse operations.
  
• Support shipping and fulfillment teams to meet daily production goals.
  
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
