We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. - Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicle issues using scan tools and visual inspection (Check Engine Light, system faults, etc.).
- Replace or repair defective components including:
- Belts, hoses, radiators, sensors, water pumps, starters
- Suspension systems (control arms, shocks, struts, ball joints)
- Brake systems (pads, rotors, drums)
- Air conditioning systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers)
- Oil leaks, gaskets, seals, and other related engine issues
- Conduct routine maintenance services:
- Oil changes, tire rotations, tune-ups
- Fluid exchanges (transmission, coolant, differential)
- Deliver high-quality general mechanical repairs on both foreign and domestic vehicles.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members regarding vehicle diagnostics and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent (ASE Certification is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid drivers license required
- Texas State inspector license is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
