Our employees consistently recognize us as a Best Place to Work because we go above and beyond to ensure that you feel valued, supported, and empowered.About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required.Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in water, wastewater, stormwater/conveyance, and treatment projects in a consulting capacity is preferred, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager overseeing project delivery.Experience working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and water/sewer modeling software.Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI.Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, local and state design codes, and standards is required.Proven ability to develop project plans, anticipate and address project issues, lead client meetings, and oversee the completion of technical reports.Must be exceptional in written and oral communication, with the ability to lead, develop, and deliver highly persuasive presentations that build client confidence and result in securing favorable design contracts.Most importantly, you bring genuine curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit—someone who wants to do great work with great people.About the RoleThe Project Delivery Leader (PDL), reporting to the Market Vice President (MVP), is a senior leader based in Dallas, TX, responsible for the profitable delivery of a diverse water project portfolio. The PDL manages and oversees Dallas-based Project Managers, ensuring effective project execution and team development. Collaborating closely with Project Executives (PX) and staffing leaders, the PDL drives client satisfaction and supports staff growth.
