Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13-26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Operating Room with strong experience in ENT, Plastics, and Pediatrics required. License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA BLS required Must-Have: Strong experience in ENT, Plastics, and Pediatrics. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The role involves working days in a 3x12-hour shift pattern. The position offers a 13-26 week option. If opting for 26 weeks, the candidate must work 2 of the 3 main holidays. Call duty includes 3-4 call shifts in a 6-week period, with one weekend shift. Candidates must be strong in specific surgical procedures including Abdominoplasty, Breast Augmentation, Free Flap - Microvascular, General OR, Laryngectomy, Mastectomy with TRAM flap reconstruction, Pediatric General OR, Radical Neck Dissection, Tonsillectomy/Adenoidectomy, and Tracheostomy. The facility manages 60-80 cases per day. The patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Candidates must be willing to float to other units as required. All staff are required to assist with call duties as needed.
