General Urology Opportunity in the Heart of Minnesota's Lakes Region!

A collegial, physician-led urology group within a supportive regional health system in The Lakes Region of Minnesota is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general urologist to join their team. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, access to advanced technology, and the ability to explore subspecialty interests in a collaborative environment recognized for excellence in digital infrastructure and clinical quality.
Hospital Highlights:
- 162-bed hospital serving the regional community
- Level III Trauma Center providing 24-hour emergency and inpatient care
- Recognized as a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital for quality, patient outcomes, and operational performance
Position Highlights:
- General urology practice with a 4-day work week.
- Call schedule of 1:3, designed to be non-burdensome to enjoy a high quality of work / life balance
- Join 2 experienced urologists with support from 2 dedicated physician assistants
- Opportunities for outreach clinics and potential ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- State-of-the-art technology with HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certification for inpatient and outpatient care
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, and production/quality incentives
