Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Baltimore Harbor, Maryland.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 4-5 weekends and 1-2 holidays per year. (Hybrid after 9-12 month training period and passing chart audit)

Compensation: $75,000 + per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You'll Bring

We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experienceindividuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
