TIB Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented TIB Coordinator to coordinate administrative operational documentation and communication activities associated with TIB programs and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams clients vendors and external partners to ensure information is accurate deadlines are met and daily operations run efficiently.

Compensation for this position is $48000$65000 per year depending on experience industry knowledge organizational skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day TIB activities requests schedules and administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate records databases files and documentation.
• Monitor deadlines assignments renewals submissions and outstanding items.
• Review documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with established requirements.
• Communicate with internal departments clients vendors contractors and external partners.
• Prepare reports spreadsheets correspondence presentations and status updates.
• Track issues and coordinate timely follow-up and resolution.
• Schedule meetings appointments inspections training or other activities as required.
• Enter and maintain information in company systems and databases.
• Assist management with operational reports and performance tracking.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections.
• Support audits reviews and compliance documentation when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company client and employee information.
• Assist with process improvements designed to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• 13 years of experience in coordination administration operations compliance customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace spreadsheets and database systems.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a TIB-related industry or operational environment.
• Experience with compliance documentation scheduling or records management.
• Experience working with vendors clients contractors or regulatory organizations.
• Familiarity with industry-specific databases or coordination software.
• Project coordination experience is a plus.
