Inbound Supervisor

Sign on bonus - $2000 (Paid in 4 installments)


Lead the night shift to success as a hands-on warehouse operations supervisor who drives performance, champions safety, and develops high-performing teams. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Supervise a team of 20-30 employees and oversee daily operations for a shift of 30-40 employees.
• Plan and assign work and work schedules
• Train and cross-train team members
• Responsible for interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Manage performance and terminations.
• Accountable for maintaining quality and safety standards, improving productivity, and driving a culture of process improvement
• Prepare all reports and logs as required.
• Provide weekly data including but not limited to productivity, safety, and housekeeping to management as required
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Participates in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years recent distribution/warehouse supervisory experience
• Voice to Pick System experience
• Inbound experience within receiving, bulk, or stocking
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence others
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Ability to solve problems and champion people in a variety of situations, with strong understanding of all Inbound processes and functions
