Work within excel daily to ensure proper data tracking. Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating professional phone etiquette. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems efficiently. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes. Requirements Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry tasks. Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices. Experience using various phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
