Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Libertyville, IL
Duration: 12 months
Job Description & Skill Requirement
- Diagnose and resolve automation troubleshooting, molding or assembly automation systems, including robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on automation equipment to ensure reliability.
- Skilled in replacing worn components and calibrate sensors and actuators, molding automation systems, including robotic equipment and auxiliary devices.
- Ensuring smooth operation of all the processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, and GMP standards wherever applicable.

- Industries: Medical Devices, Plastics/Molding, Injection Molding, Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Automation
- Candidates with hands-on PLC, robotics, automation troubleshooting, and electrical/pneumatic systems experience
