HR Coordinator

AlRabat Business Group, a collaborative organization driven by its motto, United We Go , is seeking an on‑site HR Coordinator located in Cairo, NY. The role is full‑time and the coordinator will support day‑to‑day HR operations, oversee benefits administration, maintain employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities Handle day‑to‑day HR operations for the organization. Oversee benefits administration and maintain employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management. Qualifications Experience in HR management and general HR operations. Knowledge of benefits administration and employee relations practices. Understanding of and experience implementing HR policies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with HR software and tools (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
