Seeking a full-time nanny for almost 2y old toddler (Mon-Fri, daytime)

Hello, we are looking for full-time care for our almost 2 year old daughter, Emma (Mon–Fri, daytime), starting September through February or March 2027. We'd love to find someone who's genuinely interested in spending the day with Emma while we work remotely from home. We'll be in our own working space, but we'd like to check in with Emma during the day when it doesn't disrupt her routine e.g. during lunch break. Emma is happy, social, and curious - once she trusts you, she's all in. She's growing up multilingual and is exposed to German, English, and Spanish at home. Real childcare experience (ideally with toddlers her age, preferably Montessori-informed) is important to us, as is consistency, reliability, and good communication, must have U.S. work authorization. Responsibilities include preparing snacks, managing naps, helping with potty training, filling her day with play/activities, tidying up after Emma, and maintaining a safe environment.
