Candidates must be comfortable with admissions, rounding, and discharges. Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 2 APPs at AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital.
- Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist program.
- Board-certified ABIM or ABFM within 1 year of start.
- Previous hospitalist experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable collaborating with APP's who help with admissions and cross coverage calls.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- We proudly sponsor H1B & J1 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support.
- 12-hour day rounding shifts and round-robin admissions between the 4 physician rounders.
- We value flexibility, allowing you to spend time outdoors or with your family while fulfilling your responsibilities.
- See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital.
- Work in coordination with the intensivist who handles all codes and procedures, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.
- Utilize EPIC with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.

- Compensation: $250,000 base with earning potential of $335,000.
