Responsibilities: Greeting and Seating Guests: Extend a warm and friendly welcome to guests. Efficiently manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists. Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and deliver silverware. Communication: Communicate effectively with guests and team members. Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed about table availability. Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with special requests, ensuring personalized and satisfying experiences. Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and serving staff to elevate the overall guest experience. Efficiently manage and process carry-out orders. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely carry-out order fulfillment. Maintaining Lobby Area: Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and visually appealing. Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions accurately and securely. Provide change and receipts as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and reservation systems is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
