Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Experience in an operating room setting
• Ability to supervise staff and delegate care effectively
• Knowledge of best practices for patient care and safety

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients
• Supervise nursing staff and oversee the delegation of appropriate care
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care
• Manage resources effectively related to patient care
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance and improvement processes

Compliance / Notes

Call is required: 1 weekday shift weekly and 4 twelve-hour shifts on weekends. Must be able to take both AM and PM shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Dress code: Nurse scrubs - NAVY BLUE. Parking instructions will be provided.
