Job Requirements:

Messier and Associates, a local Dump Truck Company is currently seeking home daily Class A or B CDL Drivers.Company Culture is: Team Work - Family Oriented - Ask Questions - Talk to Management Directly

•Valid

CDL Class A or Class B license, as applicable to the position

•Clean and safe driving record

•Previous dump-truck or heavy-truck experience preferred

•Reliable attendance and punctuality

•Good work ethic and a positive attitude

•Availability to work weekends and night shift if required

•Ability to follow directions and work independently

•Strong commitment to safety

•Professional and respectful attitude toward customers and coworkers

Job Description:

•Safely operate a CDL dump truck to and from job sites

•Haul construction materials such as dirt, stone, asphalt, and other aggregates

•Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

•Secure and transport loads safely

•Follow all company safety policies and DOT/FMCSA requirements

•Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and job-site personnel

•Keep your truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly

•Complete required paperwork, logs, and electronic documentation

•Work safely around construction equipment, workers, and traffic

•Represent our company professionally at every job site
