Regional Trainer

Salary: £33,397.00 per annum with a car allowance of £7,703.53 per annum. 35 hours per week. Your role Utilising your previous experience working within the adult social care industry and the regulatory framework, you will be skilled at identifying learning needs and evaluating learning and development programmes through observation and feedback. You will support a cluster of homes/services across the Northwest ensuring that staff have access to on‑going skills development, as required for the care sector and working within Sanctuary Care/SSL. You will be hard‑working, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work as part of a team while being remotely managed. Communication and organisational skills are essential as you will work closely with people at all levels of the organisation, to ensure cost‑effective training is delivered appropriately and consistently, tailoring solutions and services to meet a wide variety of needs. Ideally, you will hold a certificate in teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, a CIPD certificate in training practice, or have recent experience in a similar role in the Care Sector. Strong computer skills and the ability to work to challenging deadlines are essential for success in this role. A passion for learning and development, coupled with an innovative, pragmatic and flexible approach, will enable you to meet the needs and add value to our fast‑paced organisation. Frequent and overnight travel is a requirement; therefore a full, current driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region and other regions is essential.
